Education - Experience
1987: Graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce, Urban Land Economics and joined a small Industrial, Commercial and Investment real estate firm assisting a seasoned broker. 
Upon receiving my real estate licence, I closed a transaction for my first client that same afternoon.
During my real estate career I have worked with clients in the formation, management and winding up of their portfolios. In addition, I have worked with businesses and their real estate needs as they transition through their life cycle. I have been providing commercial real estate services since 1987 bringing extensive experience to Grand Central Realty as the Commercial Properties expert.
